I am ready to get started! What’s next?

Fantastic! Once you have signed up, I will send you a specific medical questionnaire to be completed by yourself as well as a medical clearance form to be completed and signed by your medical provider.

If you are using your free week trial, I will issue you the customized workouts through the app. After the trial, if you are interested in committing, we will schedule your official online consultation.

Why is a medical clearance required?

Medical clearance is required for all prenatal clients and may be required for postpartum clients. Your medical provider can submit their own form of medical clearance if that is easier! It is important for me as your coach to know all aspects of your pregnancy and/or postpartum so I am able to customize a safe and effective program for you. Think of me as a part of your team 🙂 

Who can provide the medical clearance?

OBGYN, Certified Midwife, Primary care physician. Ideally, the medical provider that is overseeing you throughout your pregnancy or postpartum.

How will I receive my workouts?

All your programs and workouts are delivered straight to your phone! With TrueCoach, you can quickly log your training sessions, view exercises demonstration videos, upload your own training videos for me to coach, post comments and direct message, all from inside the app. All the information you need about your training plan is at your fingertips. TrueCoach makes remote coaching so easy, allowing us to focus on you and your goals!

What if I just have questions about the programs and/or 1:1 personal training?

It is important for you to feel comfortable and confident having me a part of your team prior to committing to anything. I would love to chat and answer any questions and concerns through a complimentary 30 minute consultation or chat over email. 

Do you offer personal training without the monthly program cost?

Personal training without a program design is an option. However, This option will not include access to the training app or workouts to do on your own. If you already have a plan you are following, this may be a good option so I can assist with ensuring you are working out safely and help with accountability.
