Congratulations, you’re pregnant! Now what? This can feel like a very exciting yet overwhelming time. Your pregnancy is unique to you. No pregnancy is the same and shouldn’t be one size fits all. I will guide and support you throughout your pregnancy journey with customized, safe and effective workouts tailored to you.
This program is for anyone regardless of fitness level who is currently pregnant or planning to become pregnant!

POSTPARTUM

I’ve also felt the struggle of being a new mom. Trying to find the balance of life’s demands, pursuing your career, making time for family and wanting to be the best mom; When do you make time for yourself? Motherhood is hectic and confusing, I believe your fitness program should be simple.
My postpartum program is tailored around just take– YOU! I will work within your life’s demands instead of adding a new demand to your life. I will work with you to customize a fitness program that is effective and achievable for your lifestyle. I will help guide you through each and every step of the recovery process and beyond. My goal is for you to leave the workout feeling more energized and confident, so you can be the best mama!
Postpartum Training Program Focus:
- Recovery and rehab pelvic floor muscles
- Assess diastasis recti
- Rebuild baseline strength
- Improve cardiovascular fitness
This program is for you if you have recently had a baby or 25 years postpartum.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Looking for a fitness program, but not sure where to start? I have over 10 years experience as a certified personal training long with a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. I have worked with clients across all skill levels. I will work with you to create a custom workout using the equipment you already have at home. I offer remote 50- minute personal training sessions specific to your needs as well as weekly check-ins to keep you accountable. Simply get in front of your computer, phone or tablet and be ready to MOVE!
1:1 personal training is for anyone!
