
Welcome! I’m Hollie Small and I am the proud founder of Small Fitness. I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years working with a wide range of clientele. Throughout my career I’ve specializing in weight loss, rehabilitation, and small group training. After experiencing pregnancy and postpartum, I realized that my passion in fitness had shifted. I became interested in guiding women during their pregnancy and making sure they had the skills and tools needed to safely workout throughout their pregnancy and beyond.
When I first found out I was pregnant, I immediately began researching safe exercise and proper nutrition. I was overwhelmed by all of the differing information available. Making healthy choices for you and your baby is crucial, but can also feel overwhelming. My goal is to educate you to be self-sufficient. To teach you how to listen to your body and make choicest that align with YOUR needs and values. Every pregnancy is different. I am here for you throughout your new and exciting journey!
Originally from Redmond, WA, I headed to University of Idaho (Go Vandals!) where I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Science. Idaho was also where I fell in love with my husband, Kevin. We have two beautiful, strong and independent daughters and currently live outside of Seattle.
